About This Role

Participate in the design, training, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs), research and implement cutting-edge deep learning algorithms, and improve model performance and efficiency. Design and optimize prompts to enhance model performance on specific tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, training, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Research and implement the latest deep learning algorithms to improve model performance and efficiency
• Maintain and improve existing large model architectures and solve problems in practical applications
• Design and optimize prompts to improve model performance on specific tasks
• Research the latest advances in prompt engineering and apply them to actual projects
• Develop and maintain prompt generation and management tools
• Participate in data collection, cleaning, labeling, and management to ensure data quality
• Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines to support large-scale data storage and computing
• Collaborate with the data science team to provide data support and technical solutions
• Participate in algorithm research, design, and implementation to solve practical business problems
• Conduct algorithm performance evaluation and optimization to ensure efficient and stable algorithms
• Write technical documentation and research reports, sharing research results and experience

Requirements

• Full-time master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or related majors
• Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with a solid theoretical foundation
• Proficient in Python or other programming languages, with good programming skills
• Understanding of the use and principles of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Certain data processing and analysis capabilities, familiar with commonly used data processing tools and technologies
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and knowledge, ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Ability to think independently and solve problems, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to work closely with team members
• Good time management skills, able to complete tasks under pressure
• Fluent English oral communication (with full English technical interview)

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or related majors
• Entry-level position for fresh graduates; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
