This Tax Manager role focuses on quality work, strong leadership, and excellent client care within a growing independent CPA firm in Frisco, TX. The manager will own a substantial book of clients from day one, leading a team and advising on federal and state tax returns.
Responsibilities
- Review and sign federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and businesses
- Act as the primary adviser for a well-established portfolio of clients
- Manage workflow, quality, and deadlines across Seniors and Preparers
- Coach and develop team members as they grow
- Work closely with Partners on complex matters and planning work
Requirements
- CPA with solid experience in public accounting
- Strong technical and review capability
- Confident managing clients and leading teams

- Solid experience in public accounting
