Responsibilities
- Lead engaging, community-based activities that promote soft skills, peer interaction, and personal growth for Skills Instructors (DSP)
- Implement behavior support strategies and ensure a safe, positive environment for Skills Instructors (DSP)
- Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks including meal prep, errands, and personal care routines for Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
- Help individuals maintain independence by supporting life skills, transportation needs, and wellness routines for Independent Living Instructors (ILI)
- Track progress and work closely with a collaborative team for Independent Living Instructors (ILI)
- Work directly with clients to implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Collect data, support daily routines, and collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to ensure consistency in care for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- Design and oversee individualized ABA programs while mentoring RBTs and guiding families through evidence-based behavior support for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
