Talent Acquisition Summer Internship

About This Role

Support Spotify's Talent Acquisition team by assisting with recruitment activities, improving processes, and managing administrative tasks to ensure a smooth candidate experience for future employees.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment-related activities and ad hoc needs
• Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall candidate journey, using AI tooling, data, and cross-functional resources
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked and maintained in our applicant tracking system

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business or a related field
• Graduation year date of 2026 or 2027
• Valid work authorization in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2026
• Learning mindset and desire to gain experience in recruitment administration and projects
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Interest in improving processes and candidate experiences
• Organized, diligent, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Adaptability to change and flexibility
• Proactive, curious, and willing to step in and help the team succeed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business or a related field
