This role will support Spotify's podcast and video business by providing critical input to strategy, developing business cases for content acquisition, and driving operational efforts. It involves collaborating with various teams to evaluate new content and track performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Studios, Partnerships, FP&A, Advertising, Analytics, and Business Operations teams to evaluate new content acquisitions, original development, and new content formats
- Establish processes to track critical business metrics performance of podcast titles and cost and time of production
- Drive toward full visibility on content pipeline budget, spend, and forecast
- Build insightful presentations to summarize the state of the content portfolio and facilitate decision-making for global content and finance leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a management consulting firm, a media or technology firm or at an investment bank, or similar roles
- Strong quantitative skills with high business acumen
- Ability to work cross-functionally with team members from other disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
