About This Role

Perform end-to-end system functional testing for appliances, connectivity, and cloud, including OTA, MQTT, Wi-Fi, and BLE. Validate system-level regression testing for firmware and ensure robust communication between appliance and cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end system functional validation across appliance, connectivity, and cloud
  • Execute OTA functional test scenarios including update, retry, and rollback
  • Validate MQTT message flows
  • Perform system-level regression testing for firmware
  • Conduct functional testing of the system (Product Info, Configuration, Product Control and status, Events, Diag, OTA)
  • Perform Wi-Fi and BLE provisioning and reconnection testing
  • Test appliance-to-cloud functional communication
  • Develop test plans and test cases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in validating appliances
  • End-to-end system functional testing experience
  • OTA functional validation knowledge
  • MQTT functional workflow understanding
  • Wi-Fi and BLE functional testing
  • JIRA / defect lifecycle management
  • Knowledge on Electronics/ Electrical concepts and related field

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree/ Bachelor’s degree (Electronics or Electronics)
  • 5+ years of experience in validating appliances
