About This Role

The System Integration Product Manager will define product strategy, lead discovery and requirement refinement sessions, and manage multiple priorities to drive predictable execution across product, engineering, and data. This role focuses on integrating systems for global luxury and lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy with well-documented problem statements, value hypotheses, and success metrics, maintaining an outcome-focused approach.
  • Keep roadmap and backlog honest, socializing changes with clear explanations of why, impact, and next steps.
  • Lead discovery and requirement refinement sessions with commercial, brand, finance/legal, channel, and operations partners.
  • Convert insights into lean PRDs and source-of-truth artifacts, maintaining clear documentation.
  • Simplify complex integration/data topics into one-page decision briefs and visuals.
  • Build integrated plans, own RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and drive predictable execution across Product, Engineering, and Data.
  • Run crisp ceremonies including planning, roadmapping, BRD reviews, and risk/dependency reviews, holding owners accountable.
  • Develop trusted relationships with commercial, product, finance, and BRR partners and leaders, facilitating decision forums and codifying outcomes.
  • Coordinate rollout plans, hotel readiness criteria, and operating playbooks; track activation/adoption and iterate based on performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years progressive work-related experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration processes, ecosystem impact analysis, platform governance
  • Skilled in cross-organizational leadership, technology, and enterprise software
  • Demonstrable delivery capability of complex projects in a matrixed enterprise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong documentation habits: process-oriented and detail-obsessed
  • Experience with Global Brands (preference for Luxury & Lifestyle)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, or processes.

Nice to Have

  • Strong understanding of hospitality technology ecosystems
  • Understanding of system integrations and vendor solutions (e.g., Property Management Systems, Central Reservations, Revenue Management, Sales)
