About This Role

The SVP, Marketing will lead strategy, planning, and execution for all marketing efforts of PragerU and PragerU Kids, providing vision and hands-on leadership to a 60-person team, and ensuring alignment across various marketing functions.

Responsibilities

  • Build marketing plans based on product lines and market segments for PragerU and PragerU Kids
  • Ensure strategy drives each product line and campaign, and socialize it for cohesiveness
  • Implement creative briefs, strategic briefs, brand guides, and SOPs as needed
  • Audit existing products/marketing plans periodically for impact
  • Own company social media presence and marketing across all platforms and content lines
  • Act as a liaison between different marketing functions including Social, PR/Communications, Strategic Partnerships, Ads/Email, Analytics, Design and Project Management
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing, fundraising, and production teams
  • Drive implementation of marketing campaigns to meet business objectives and generate leads
  • Manage marketing budgets and expenditures
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional work experience with a focus on growing marketing divisions and scaling organizations
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution for marketing campaigns and brands (macro and micro)
  • Proven ability to establish a strategic vision, inspire trust and loyalty and develop and motivate a high performing team
  • Facility in all aspects of marketing and general management, including P&L, social, strategy, management, advertising, promotion, direct mail, communications, and consumer research
  • Passion for the PragerU product and mission/vision
  • Strong understanding of the conservative digital media landscape and key players
  • Specific depth of experience in brand management and creative leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
