Supply Planner

About This Role

This role involves owning and executing the replenishment and deployment plan for a specific product line, ensuring timely supply of materials throughout a global distribution network. The Supply Planner will coordinate with distribution centers, monitor production attainments, and proactively communicate product availability to mitigate inventory deficiencies and service risks.

Responsibilities

• Own the replenishment/Deployment plan for a specific product line portfolio
• Execute STR-STO conversion and TMS load building planning to supply materials throughout the global distribution network
• Review TMS / SAP daily exception reports and coordinate with distribution centers (DC) to ensure products are shipped on schedule
• Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP to support the STO replenishment plan
• Monitor weekly/monthly production plan attainments to ensure continuous product supply
• Work closely with regional supply planners to ensure local supply plans are balanced for customer service and inventory targets
• Support S&OE process and OTIF key metrics
• Balance product allocation requests between sales orders and STOs to avoid inventory shortages
• Proactively communicate product availability updates to all levels of the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams
• Actively review PBI and SAP reports to identify areas of inventory shortage and communicate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning Demand, Supply, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing or Materials Management experience
• SAP, Kinaxis experience or similar ERP software
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel pivot tables and V/lookups)
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others in a matrix organization
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management or other related field
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning Demand, Supply, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing or Materials Management experience

Nice to Have

• SAP (ECC, APO and PAM and TMS modules) preferred
• PBI preferred
