The Supply Chain Planning Distribution Business Partner will collaborate directly with business leaders to define strategic priorities, identify value through technology and process improvements, and drive solutions in the Integrated Supply Chain. This role focuses on optimizing technology deployment, especially Kinaxis, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Integrated Supply Chain leadership to plan joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and assess alignment with roadmaps and priorities.
- Develop strategies for effective deployment, adoption, and optimization of new technology capabilities, services, and solutions.
- Collaborate with TGS Business Partners and Core Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with BD’s enterprise roadmaps and are integrated across the organization.
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of relevant technologies and processes, identifying opportunities to enhance existing investments.
- Measure and communicate the value realized through defined metrics and supporting analysis on a recurring basis.
- Oversee project and initiative progress, conduct analysis, define solution recommendations, and manage execution with transparent communication, including escalation and risk mitigation.
- Act as a connector and facilitator across teams, continually seeking opportunities to simplify, improve, and streamline processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology functions involving Kinaxis, SAP APO/SCM, Blue Yonder, and/or OMP
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis configuration and customization
- Understanding of architecture and middleware technologies
- Experience managing or collaborating with teams implementing Kinaxis solutions
- Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate complex topics simply
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management practices
- Ability to align and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning technology functions.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree
- Experience in Technical Service or Customer Service
