This Full-time Supply Chain Associate role involves managing inventory levels, administering procurement functions, and sourcing products to meet customer needs. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting business-to-business operations and driving customer success.
Responsibilities
- Managing branch inventory levels
- Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
- Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
- Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
- Supporting accounts receivable activities
- Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Current full valid driver's license
- Ability to meet driving record requirements
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
- Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
- Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages up to 75lbs
- Pass drug screen
- Pass background check
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field of study OR customer service or industry related work experience
