Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate Business Service Specialists to meet activity, placement, and retention goals
- Cultivate and manage relationships with employers across high-growth industries
- Oversee outreach campaigns, job fairs, and community events that generate hiring opportunities
- Collaborate with workforce partners and funders to ensure employer-responsive service delivery
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with funder and organizational standards
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in workforce or business development
- Experience working with employers and/or individuals facing employment barriers
- Strong coaching, relationship-building, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in workforce or business development
Nice to Have

- Salesforce/CRM knowledge
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
