The WCD Programs Assistant provides administrative and participant support, serving as the first point of contact for individuals entering workforce programs. This role ensures a welcoming and efficient experience by managing documentation, supporting case management, and coordinating program events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support
- Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments
- Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Some experience in office or customer service preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in office or customer service
- Spanish/English bilingual
