About This Role

The WCD Programs Assistant provides administrative and participant support, serving as the first point of contact for individuals entering workforce programs. This role ensures a welcoming and efficient experience by managing documentation, supporting case management, and coordinating program events.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for participants, providing information and support
  • Collect and verify client documentation and assist with enrollments
  • Support case management and data entry with precision and confidentiality
  • Coordinate workshops, job fairs, and calendar scheduling for the program team

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Some experience in office or customer service preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in office or customer service
  • Spanish/English bilingual
