Supervisor, Panelist Recruiting

About This Role

This Supervisor will lead, train, and mentor a team of clinical trial recruiters to ensure successful participant enrollment and retention for multiple studies. The role involves optimizing recruitment strategies and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of clinical trial recruiters
• Collaborate with clinical research teams to implement and optimize recruitment strategies
• Assist in the development of recruitment materials and monitor their effectiveness
• Track recruitment performance against enrollment targets and KPIs
• Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training of recruitment staff
• Supervise the pre-screening process for participant eligibility
• Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with Recruitment Manager to manage follow-up communications
• Address challenges and roadblocks during the recruitment process
• Assist with social media and community outreach efforts as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or clinical research
• 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, protocols, and participant recruitment methods
• Knowledge of and adherence to clinical trial regulations, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and FDA guidelines
• Previous experience managing a team of recruiters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Health Sciences, Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical trial recruitment or clinical research, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and recruitment platforms
