About This Role

The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities for K-12 education projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget for a leading general contractor. This role involves supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction ($5M - $40M)
• Proven ability to manage multiple job sites and teams
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project scheduling
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and ability to enforce on-site safety protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction valued from $5M - $40M
