Project Manager - Water Restoration

About This Role

Lead and expand water damage mitigation and general restoration operations for an established construction services company. This hands-on, field-based role involves overseeing projects from emergency response through close-out, managing crews, and refining field operations for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee water damage mitigation and restoration services
• Place, monitor, and document drying equipment
• Lead and coordinate field crews on active projects
• Ensure job site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
• Communicate with clients, property managers, and company leadership throughout the lifecycle of each project
• Manage project walkthroughs and close-out documentation
• Improve and streamline field processes for efficiency and scalability
• Participate in an on-call schedule for emergency response situations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water mitigation, multifamily, student housing restoration, or similar repair environments
• Construction experience in project management, trades, or related roles
• Proven ability to build and manage subcontractor relationships

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water mitigation, multifamily, student housing restoration, or similar repair environments

Nice to Have

• Bilingual Spanish and English
• IICRC certification
