Serve as a Pool Facility Attendant for the City of De Pere pools, providing customer service, concession sales, and maintaining cleanliness of the facility. This role involves working in concessions, admissions, bathhouse, and as a slide attendant.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for all patrons
- Work in concessions, admissions, bathhouse, and slide areas
- Perform concession and/or general admission sales
- Maintain accurate financial records and inventory using POS or cash register
- Prepare and serve concessions food
- Collect admission fees and submit admission records
- Perform maintenance duties including mopping, washing windows, and emptying trash
- Clean pool grounds and locker rooms
- Supervise locker rooms and pool grounds, reporting problems to management
- Ensure patrons abide by rules and regulations at the waterslide
- Assist in emergency situations and provide proper first aid for minor accidents
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Prior cleaning experience required
- Organizational, math, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain prompt, predictable and reliable attendance
Nice to Have
- Cash handling experience preferred
