Substitute Campus Safety Assistant

About This Role

Assist with the daily and special events safety of an assigned school site to provide a safe, clean, and orderly learning and working environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily and special events safety of an assigned school site
• Patrol and monitor an assigned campus to maintain order and safety
• Ensure student compliance with school and District policies and regulations
• Work additional assignments including evenings and weekends
• Wear district provided apparel and/or vest with FUSD logo

Requirements

• Graduation from high school
• Valid CPR and first aid card
• 24 hours of campus safety training
• Completion of approved Conflict Resolution training

Qualifications

• High school graduation, two years of experience working effectively with school-age students preferred
• Entry level with two years experience with school-age students preferred

Nice to Have

• Two years of experience working effectively with school-age students
