Join our upscale sauna studio's member service team to promptly assist guests, maintain a clean studio environment, and support sales operations. Connect with people who are passionate about health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Promptly turn over the sauna room when guests exit, ensuring it is clean and prepped for the next appointment
- Process towel shipments and maintain cold towel process
- Create towel bundles and place for guest accessibility
- Welcome and greet clients enthusiastically
- Support Sales Associates through miscellaneous tasks including sales and back-of-house duties
- Respond to guest inquiries and administer studio tours to new guests
Requirements
- Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- Consistently awesome team-player attitude
- Verifiable history of excellent attendance
- Evening and weekend availability
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service
- Prior sales experience
