About This Role

This 13-week internship offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence and sales engagement within Pacific Seafood. The role involves strategic planning, hands-on execution, and presenting projects to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely progress and successful outcomes
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project effectiveness
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train teams for consistent execution
  • Maintain high standards of floor-level operations and ensure flawless execution of procedures
  • Participate in strategic leadership meetings and hands-on processing activities
  • Lead initiatives to increase awareness and engagement with the sales team, including R&D, marketing, operations, and customer visits
  • Collaborate across departments to align project goals with business objectives
  • Apply financial insights to support decision-making in sales, operations, and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a graduation date no later than June of 2026
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic PC knowledge

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Business Analysis, or a closely related field

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or work experience in Sales, Finance, or Strategic Analysis
  • Familiarity with seafood or agricultural product markets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
