Strategic Intern - Human Resources

About This Role

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams on a high-impact project, focusing on organizing and analyzing company job descriptions. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, documentation management, and process improvement within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather and compile job descriptions from various business units
• Identify duplicates, outdated versions, and inconsistencies
• Organize and categorize job descriptions thoughtfully and logically
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to validate content
• Develop a centralized system and structure for storing all finalized job descriptions
• Recommend process improvements to streamline future documentation workflows

Requirements

• Current college student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Comfort working independently in a virtual environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
