Manage and grow relationships with high-value, strategic clients by developing long-term account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and designing solutions to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Proactively understand client's evolving business priorities
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing solutions and services to drive incremental revenue
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution of account plans
- Deliver customized solutions and exceed client expectations
- Accurately forecast sales revenue from strategic accounts
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management
- Oversee and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
- Background in print and/or direct mail within the healthcare or insurance industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop comprehensive account plans
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
