Strategic Account Director

About This Role

Manage and grow relationships with high-value, strategic clients by developing long-term account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and designing solutions to maximize revenue and strengthen partnerships. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor
• Proactively understand client's evolving business priorities
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, proposing solutions and services to drive incremental revenue
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution of account plans
• Deliver customized solutions and exceed client expectations
• Accurately forecast sales revenue from strategic accounts
• Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management
• Oversee and manage a team of 5-7 Account Managers

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in managing large, complex accounts and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
• Background in print and/or direct mail within the healthcare or insurance industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop comprehensive account plans
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders
