The Store Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, managing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels in the store. This role involves a fast-paced environment and contributing to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with top-tier customer service
• Prepare and serve quality food and beverages to customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner
• Manage transactions at check-out, ensuring appropriate sales of restricted products
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
• Keep products stocked throughout the store

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 16 years of age or older
