Store Supervisor

About This Role

Lead a store team, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient food preparation, and proper merchandising, while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Prepare quality food and beverages according to customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively as a team
• Ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily-available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
