Store Supervisor

About This Role

Lead by example to the store team, ensuring high-energy hustle and a strong team mentality to engage customers with hospitality, while making quality food and beverages to exact specifications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
• Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
• Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively
• Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
• Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
• Must be 18 years of age or older
