Lead and mentor store team members by example to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations in all aspects of the store experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to stores with greetings and top-tier customer service
- Serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner
- Mentor and coach team members to prioritize tasks and work effectively
- Monitor in-store products to ensure they are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily-available for customers
- Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks)
