Store Shift Lead

About This Role

As a Store Shift Lead, you will provide excellent customer service, operate the cash register, and ensure the store is clean and safe. You will also support the Store Manager in daily operations and help lead the team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer's requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Perform job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management, provide backup duties including completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, review daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age (age varies by state)
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
