About This Role

As a full-time Store Manager, you will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence for Windsor Fashions. You will manage daily operations, visual standards, and profitability while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission statement in your store
• Manage all aspects of daily operations
• Oversee visual standards
• Make decisions impacting store performance and profitability
• Achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses
• Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists
