Store Manager

About This Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees, taking full ownership of store operations, performance, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership across all shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure the success of the location.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your store's operations, team, and performance
• Lead and inspire a team of 8 15 employees across all shifts
• Be available for any shift, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays, to cover unforeseen needs
• Perform all duties of store employees including running the register, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and actively upsell promotions
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members, focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising
• Handle all banking and cash deposits
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals
• Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives
• Cross-train and step in to manage deli or QSR operations when necessary

Requirements

• Open availability to work any shift as needed
• Access to a personal vehicle
• Proof of insurance
• Minimum age requirement (18+ in specific states, 21+ in others)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness
