Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses
• Manage shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age of 21
