Manage a retail store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective management of expenses, merchandising, inventory, and human resources, while maintaining high standards of Guest Services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses
• Manage shrinkage
• Manage human resources aspects of the store
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising
• Oversee inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age of 21

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required
