Manage the daily operations of a Spencer's retail store, ensuring high levels of guest service, maximizing sales, and maintaining profitability through effective management of expenses, inventory, and human resources.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses
• Manage shrinkage
• Lead human resources management
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
