Manage all aspects of a retail store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources, while upholding company policies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Oversee and account for store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses and manage shrinkage
- Perform human resources management duties
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required
