About This Role

Manage all aspects of a retail store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, merchandising, and human resources management, while providing excellent guest services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
• Oversee and account for the operation of the store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrink
• Manage human resources activities
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods (8+ hours)

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
