Manage all aspects of a retail store operation, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, merchandising, and human resources management, while providing excellent guest services.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Oversee and account for the operation of the store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrink
- Manage human resources activities
- Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods (8+ hours)
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
