The Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation of a retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective management of expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control. This role focuses on maintaining excellent guest services.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and account for the operation of the store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrinkage
- Manage human resources, including staffing and performance
- Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Prior retail management experience
- Minimum age of 21

- Prior retail management experience is required.
