About This Role

Manage a Spencer's retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by overseeing operations, controlling expenses, and managing human resources, merchandising, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours

Requirements

• Minimum age 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for more than 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required
