This role involves managing the daily operations of a Spencer's retail store, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring excellent guest service. The Store Manager will control expenses, manage inventory, and oversee human resources, all in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Oversee and account for the operation of the store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses
- Manage shrinkage and inventory control
- Handle human resources management aspects
- Ensure adherence to all Company policies and procedures
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours
Requirements
- Prior retail management experience
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
