Manage the day-to-day operations of a retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by overseeing customer service, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing human resources and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and account for the operation of a store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses and shrinkage
- Manage human resources
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for over 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
