About This Role

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense control, shrinkage management, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses
• Manage shrinkage
• Perform human resources management duties
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control according to Company policies

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age requirement of 21
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required
