Manage the overall operation of a Spencer's retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory. Maintain excellent guest services.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Control expenses and manage shrinkage
• Manage human resources activities
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Prior retail management experience
