The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations and ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and handling merchandising and inventory control. This role focuses on maintaining excellent Guest Services and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age of 21
