This Store Manager role oversees all aspects of store operations to maximize sales and profitability, ensuring excellent guest services and compliance with company policies. This position is responsible for managing expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Must be 21 years of age
