The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, overseeing the store's operations, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability through various management aspects. This role will control expenses, manage human resources, and handle merchandising and inventory.

- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses
- Manage human resources
- Control shrinkage
- Manage merchandising and inventory control according to Company policies
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required
