The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, focusing on sales, profitability, and customer service while managing human resources and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required
