Manage the overall operations of a Spencer's retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for 8+ hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience
