Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services standards
- Oversee and account for store operations to maximize sales and profitability
- Control expenses and manage shrink (inventory loss)
- Manage human resources activities within the store
- Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- Accountable for store performance metrics
Requirements
- Prior retail management experience
- Minimum age of 21
