Manage the overall operations of a retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory. Maintain excellent guest services and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services
- Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage
- Manage human resources activities
- Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for in excess of 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
