About This Role

Manage the overall operations of a retail store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory. Maintain excellent guest services and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources activities
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders for in excess of 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required.
