This role involves overseeing the daily operation of a Spencer's store, focusing on sales, profitability, and guest services. The Store Manager ensures adherence to company policies while managing expenses, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for the operation of a store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses
• Control shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Manage all aspects of merchandising
• Manage all aspects of inventory control
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• Prior retail management experience
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders in excess of 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience is required
