The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, managing human resources, and handling merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and account for store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage human resources
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods

Requirements

• Prior retail management experience
• Minimum age of 21
