Store Manager

About This Role

The Store Manager at Sheetz leads a team to create a customer-first culture, manages store operations, and ensures profitability. This role focuses on fostering a positive work environment and developing strong community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in creating a 'Customer First' culture in the store
• Hold weekly management team meetings and monthly store meetings to encourage feedback and follow-up
• Keep store positions filled with fully trained management and Team Members
• Monitor work family compliance with Sheetz policies, procedures, and programs
• Achieve profitability goals through monitoring and analyzing business processes and results
• Measure work family performance against mission-critical goals
• Develop positive relationships with the local community to ensure store success
• Lead special programs or assignments as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, 2-year degree in business related field preferred
• 3 years' experience supervising others preferred in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation.
